East Anglia THREE – Extended working hours at the onshore converter station (12 October 2023)
The second of an anticipated four concrete pours is planned to take place from Tuesday 17th October into the early morning on Wednesday 18th October. As before, concrete will be delivered to the converter station site at Bullen Lane, Bramford, during our normal working hours, pumped out, levelled and left to firm. The curing time will depend on weather conditions. From Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday morning, hand-operated machinery will be used to produce a smooth, level surface finish.
East Anglia THREE – Extended working hours at the onshore converter station (2 October 2023)
A concrete pour is planned to take place from Thursday 5 October into the early morning on Friday 6 October. The additional hours are required as the work must be completed in one operation once it has started to ensure the correct quality of finish. The East Anglia THREE Code of Construction Practice allows for some works to be undertaken outside normal core hours.

East Anglia TWO and ONE North – Surveys
We will be undertaking non-intrusive surveys to inspect the proposed landfall. We will ensure the host parish council is notified accordingly.
East Anglia THREE - Completion of temporary CCS at Clappits Farm (11 Sept 2023)
Following the installation of a site access in 2022, contractors have returned to complete the installation of the temporary Consoloidated Construction Site at Clappits Farm, Newbourne. Installation is expected to be completed by the end of September 2023.

It is being built next to the existing East Anglia ONE and National Grid substations at the end of Bullen Lane. More information is available here.
East Anglia Hub Interactive Project Activity Map Launched (27 April 2023)
To ensure local communities are fully informed about pre-enabling and construction activity taking place across our windfarm projects our new Project Activity pages and interactive Project Activity map have been published on our website. The map provides details of different elements of the projects and will be used to identify locations where activity is taking place, timings and any other supporting information.

East Anglia ONE North and TWO Ecology Surveys (March 2023)
We will be undertaking non-intrusive ecology walkover surveys in the development area between March and September. This work will involve surveyors walking along a pre-defined route in order to record breeding birds and reptiles present on site and in the surrounding area. We will ensure host parish councils are notified accordingly.
We informed previously that surveys would be taking place throughout 2023 and should any be intrusive, further details will be provided. We understand that communities are keen to hear more about the projects and we are committed to providing as much information as possible as and when it becomes available.
East Anglia THREE community engagement
Edward Rees re-joined ScottishPower Renewables last year as Community Liaison Officer for East Anglia THREE, having previously worked on East Anglia ONE. Edward organised Public Information Days prior to the installation of temporary Consolidated Construction Sites (CCSs) last summer, giving the local community an opportunity to meet the project management team and ask questions about the construction works.
Further events will be held in summer 2023, prior to the installation of the remaining CCSs. Organisations can also request SPR attendance at events and meetings and, dependent on programme and availability, these will be honoured where possible.
If you have any questions about East Anglia THREE, you can contact us at eastangliathree@scottishpower.com. Further information on our approach to community engagement is available in our Project Community and Public Relations Procedure.
East Anglia TWO and ONE North Development Consent granted
Development Consent Orders were awarded to East Anglia TWO and ONE North at the end of March 2022. ScottishPower Renewables is continuing to make preparations for the delivery of these projects in accordance with the commitments made during the consenting process.
